RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
SILVER EAGLE HARLEY DAVIDSON FOR TWO (2)
HARLEY DAVIDSON POLICE MOTORCYCLES FOR A
TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD AT A COST OF $166.67 PER
MOTORCYCLE, PER MONTH, FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$4000, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated April 5, 2021, between Silver Eagle Harley Davidson and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, for two (2) Harley Davidson Police Motorcycles, for a 12 month period
at a cost of $166.67, per motorcycle per month, for a total amount of $4,000, is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
