RESOLUTION NO. 2021-187
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 19, 2021, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PARK AVENUE BICYCLE
SIGNAL PROJECT, IOWA DOT GRANT PROJECT NUMBER
TAP-U-8155(767)--81-07, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the Park Avenue Bicycle Signal Project, Iowa DOT Grant Project Number TAP-U-
8155(767)--81-07, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of April 2021, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Park Avenue Bicycle Signal Project, Iowa DOT
Grant Project Number TAP-U-8155(767)--81-07.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
