RESOLUTION NO. 2021-188
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 19, 2021, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC
CAMERA AND FIBER OPTIC PROJECT, IOWA DOT GRANT
PROJECT NUMBER STBG-SWAP-8155(769), AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the Downtown Traffic Camera and Fiber Optic Project, Iowa DOT Grant Project Number
STBG-SWAP-8155(769), are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of April 2021, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Downtown Traffic Camera and Fiber Optic
Project, Iowa DOT Grant Project Number STBG-SWAP-8155(769).
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
