RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING PROCEDURES POLICY, TO
APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF A 2021 - DEMO FORD F350 SUPER
DUTY TRUCK FROM VICTORY FORD OF DYERSVILLE, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $36,597.56, TO BE USED FOR ANIMAL
CONTROL SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2021 - demo Ford F350 Super Duty truck from Victory Ford of
Dyersville, Iowa, in the amount of $36,597.56, to be used for Animal Control Services, is hereby
approved.
