RESOLUTION NO. 2021-196 RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUSINESS PROPERTY LEASE AGREEMENT WITH IPE1031 REV279, LLC, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF 1318 MARTIN ROAD, FOR THE GROUND LEASE OF TRACT "B", BROCK THIRD ADDITION, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,000 PER YEAR, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Ground Lease Agreement for Tract "B", Brock Third Addition, dated April 5, 2021, between IPE1031 REV279, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for property located at 1318 Martin Road, in the amount of $1,000 per year, to be used for construction staging, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
