RESOLUTION NO. 2021-201
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2021-2023 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING
CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the 2021-2023 Right -of -Way Mowing Contract, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with 2021-2023 Right -of -Way Mowing Contract, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 5, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with 2021-
2023 Right -of -Way Mowing Contract, are hereby approved and said project proceed in
accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
