RESOLUTION NO. 2021-206
RESOLUTION REJECTING THE BID OF WOODRUFF
CONSTRUCTION, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $135,255, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE INSTALLATION
OF LED LIGHTING FIXTURES IN AIRCRAFT STORAGE
HANGARS 1, 2, 3-A AND 3-B, ALONG WITH THE
REPLACEMENT OF PEDESTRIAN DOORS IN HANGARS 1, 2
AND 5.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the recommendation to reject the bid of Woodruff Construction, of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $135,255, in conjunction with the installation of LED lighting fixtures in Aircraft
Storage Hangars 1, 2, 3-A and 3-B, along with the replacement of pedestrian doors in Hangars 1,
2 and 5, be hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
