RESOLUTION NO. 2021-207
RESOLUTION APPROVING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
ROUTEWARE, INC., OF PORTLAND OREGON, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $134,091.04, INCLUDING ANNUAL FEE, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH WASTE FLEET (SANITATION)
AUTOMATION, INCLUDING SOFTWARE, MAINTENANCE
AND INSTALLATION IN VEHICLES, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Services Agreement, dated April 5, 2021, between Routeware, Inc., of Portland Oregon
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa in the amount of $134,091.04, including annual fee, in
conjunction with Waste Fleet (Sanitation) automation, including software, maintenance and
installation in vehicles, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
