RESOLUTION NO. 2021-208
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSULTING CONTRACT
WITH 4C'S CONSULTING, LLC, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, TO
CONDUCT A VISION ZERO WORKSHOP TRAFFIC SAFETY
AWARENESS CAMPAIGN, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Consulting Contract, dated March 1, 2021, between 4C's Consulting, LLC and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $5,000, to conduct a Vision Zero Workshop Traffic Safety
Awareness Campaigh, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
