RESOLUTION NO. 2021-209
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 TO THE CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH 4C'S
CONSULTING, LLC, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, ORIGINALLY
EXECUTED JUNE 19, 2017, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
TRAFFIC SAFETY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN PROJECT,
IOWA DOT GRANT PROJECT NUMBER STP-U-8155(756)--
70-07, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Consulting Agreement with 4C's Consulting, LLC, of
Waterloo, Iowa, originally executed June 19, 2017, in conjunction with the Traffic Safety
Awareness Campaign Project, Iowa DOT grant project number STP-U-8155(756)--70-07, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
