RESOLUTION NO. 2021-210
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES
OF THE FAA -APPROVED PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGE
PROGRAM FOR THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 5, 2021, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$55,500, for administrative and management services of the FAA -approved Passenger Facility
Charge Program for the Waterloo Regional Airport, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
