RESOLUTION NO. 2021-213
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT OF ENTRY
AGREEMENT WITH CEDAR VALLEY CORP., LLC, AND
PETERSON CONTRACTORS, INC., TO GAIN ENTRANCE TO
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND U.S. HIGHWAY
20, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right -of Entry Agreement dated April 5, 2021, between Cedar Valley Corp., LLC, Peterson
Contractors, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to gain entrance to property generally located at
the southeast corner of Ansborough Avenue and U.S. Highway 20, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
