RESOLUTION NO. 2021-216
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAGELLAN ADVISORS, LLC, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $150,322, FOR THE FIBER-OPTIC OSP 30%
DESIGN OF A FIBER BACKBONE NETWORK, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 5, 2021, between Magellan Advisors, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $150,322, for the Fiber -Optic OSP 30% Design
of a Fiber Backbone Network, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
