RESOLUTION NO. 2021-221
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH CLAPSADDLE-GARBER ASSOCIATES
OF MARSHALLTOWN, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $6,500, IN CONJUNCTION WITH ENGINEERING
AND PLATTING SERVICES FOR WATERLOO AIR AND
RAIL PARK 2ND ADDITION, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Services Agreement with Clapsaddle-Garber Associates of Marshalltown,
Iowa, in the amount of $6,500, in conjunction with engineering and platting services for
Waterloo Air and Rail Park 2nd Addition, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
