RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH LEE
ROTTINGHAUS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

c < BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tut the three-year agreement dated February 6, 2006, to lease
• ,Approximately 11 . 01 acres of property generally located along
Bi-Shop Avenue for $990 . 00 per year, by and between Lee
dLtinghaus, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
heteby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2006.
