WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-63, specifications, form of
c• lentract, etc. , for the Purchase of Seven (7) Outdoor Public
rning Sirens, TRF-127-06, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
q(GTERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
