=_ RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH EAGLE OTTAWA LLC AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID LETTER OF AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-that the Letter of Agreement dated February 6, 2006, for payment
• $66, 500 . 00 for payment in arrears, rate increases and
4l30, 000 . 00 for capital costs reimbursement for the corrosion
Ontrol project, by and between Eagle Ottawa LLC of Waterloo,
_Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2006 .
