RESOLUTION NO. 2006-85
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
- - ANDERSON' S FIRST ADDITION (MIRAGE RIDGE
v
EXTENSION WITH FURNITURE ROW PROJECT) IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
cndition precedent to the final approval of Anderson' s First
edition (Mirage Ridge Extension with Furniture Row Project) ;
namely the bringing of the streets to grade, the installation of
S,even and one-half inch (7',") asphalt paving with 24" wide
' -Portland cement concrete curb and gutters, and
c K WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards and
7r quirements of the City Engineer.
C - WHEREAS, Weichers Construction Inc. has provided a two-year
_maintenance bond for said Anderson' s First Addition (Mirage Ridge
'Xtension with Furniture Row Project) .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Plat Improvements for Anderson' s
'F rst Addition (Mirage Ridge Extension with Furniture Row
- Project) , be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2006.
