GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
gist the Agreement dated February 6, 2006, at a cost of
4 2, 200 . 00, in conjunction with performing a Limited Phase II
Eritironmenta1 Assessment for property located at 93-97 Vinton
Suet, by and between Howard R. Green Company of Cedar Rapids,
I-gwa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
ai) oved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2006.
