RESOLUTION NO. 2006-87
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WILLARD
FROST AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
-= AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated February 6, 2006, to lease approximately
• 50 acres of land generally located west of the Northeast
:Industrial Park at a cost of $90 . 00 per acre to use for farming
purposes, by and between Willard Frost and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2006.
