RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH SKYVIEW L.C. TO PURCHASE THE
FORMER RATH MAINTENANCE AND COOPER BUILDINGS
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
1 at the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated February 6, 2006,

a scost of $375, 000 . 00, by and between Skyview L.C. of Waterloo,
