OF ELK RUN HEIGHTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
H SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
XI t the 28E Agreement dated February 6, 2006, to provide fire
J protection and ambulance services, by and between City of Elk Run
gights, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
.4ereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
4ae calf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2006.
