RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR BYRNES
PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
S'Ervices Director, to prepare and file specifications, bid
• -dc5cuments, form of contract, etc. , for Byrnes Park Playground
c., giaipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
c specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
l rERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid documents, form of
cdtatract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
naproved.
