RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
>' BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR CEDAR
TERRACE PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT.
s WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
7aTvices Director, to prepare and file specifications, bid
• oCuments, form of contract, etc. , for Cedar Terrace Park
cA Playground Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified
ln--the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. , and the
oAzncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
-game.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MA 'ERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
--Approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2006 .
