SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2006
RATH BROWNFIELDS STREET RECONSTRUCTION
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 686.
: -WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
rrapOsed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
E.h�. 2006 Rath Brownfields Street Reconstruction Program,
oritsact No. 686, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and

,- WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
Epecifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 Rath
B-rOw'nfields Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 686,
wdi were preliminarily approved on January 23, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
1.. .—2006.
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAT2LOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 Rath Brownfields Street
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 686, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of February, 2006.
