FROM THIS YEAR' S STREET RECONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT AND ADDING STREETS TO THE 2006

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Cedar Street be removed from this year' s street
, :,eionstruction contract and that the following streets be added
o =the 2006 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract No. 706, as
,submitted by the City Engineer, be and the same are hereby
,pppoved.
