• — ^WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
eer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
c cont act and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006

1g, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the

WHEREAS, the City Engineers plans,specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc.',:i and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and spreliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
heriy preliminarily approved.
