RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA HEARTLAND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND
-- = DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 20, 2006, for sale
and conveyance for $1 . 00 property generally located at the corner
.pf_ Thompson Avenue and Mulberry Street, to build a new single
family home at an estimated value of $90, 000. 00, by and between
;Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity, and the City of Waterloo,
Towa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
-- PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2006.
