RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA HEARTLAND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
- MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the Development Agreement dated February 20, 2006, for
prpperty generally located at 334 Irving Street to build a new
Single-family home with an estimated value of $90, 000 . 00 and start
construction of the home within 24 months of approval subject to a
s-iae plan, by and between Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity and
e City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
o-fWaterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2006.
