DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR NATIONAL

— " BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tkat the Agreement dated February 20, 2006, for National
Rreational Trails Grant to purchase new Track Loader to be used
Riverview Recreation Area ATV Park, with grant to cover 80
