RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR
NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT WITH IOWA
-777 DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID NOTICE OF INTENT BY MAYOR.
- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that- the Notice of Intent for NPDES Coverage Under General
Permit, dated February 20, 2006, in conjunction with F. Y. 2006
Wit= Side Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, Contract No. 707, by and
(c- beFtween Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
<-7 authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa:
