ghat the Construction Permit Application dated February 20, 2006,

East Side Sanitary Sewer Interceptor, Contract No. 707, by and
between Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
�- authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
labia.
