RESOLUTION NO. 2006-132
RESOLUTION DEDICATING PUBLIC STREET RIGHT
OF WAY FOR AN EXISTING STREET REFERRED TO
AS JOHN STREET, GENERALLY LOCATED OFF E.
PARKER STREET EAST OF HIGHWAY 63 IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
That part of Manson' s 4th Addition lying:
Southerly of the North line of Lot 9 Block 3 of
Manson' s 4th Addition; and
Northerly of the South line of Lot 7 Block 3 of
Manson' s 4th Addition; and
Easterly of a line drawn from the Northwest corner of
Lot 9 Block 3 of Manson' s 4th Addition to the Southwest
corner of Lot 9 Block 3 said addition, to the Northeast
corner of Lot 7 Block 3, to the Southwest corner of Lot
7 Block 3 said addition; and
Westerly of a line drawn from a point on the North line
of Lot 9 Block 3 of Manson' s 4th Addition that is 10
feet Westerly of the Northeast corner of Lot 9 Block 3
said addition to a point on the South line of said Lot
9 that is 10 feet Westerly of the Southeast corner of
said Lot 9, to a point on the South line of Lot 7 Block
3 said addition that is 20 feet Westerly of the
Southeast corner of Lot 7 Block 3 said addition; all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
And also:
The South 283 feet of the North 315 feet of the East 20
feet of Lot 39 of Auditor Rainbow' s Plat of Bicksler' s
Addition (Vacated) and Adjoining Unplatted Property,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for street purposes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2006.
