RESOLUTION NO. 2006-143
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
`' „: H BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST,
ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE
FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK CHASSIS WITH DUMP BOX AND
- SNOW PLOW INSTALLED.

- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to_ : repare proposed specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One Four-Wheel Drive Truck
Chassis with Dump Box and Snow Plow Installed, in the City of
WaterIoo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preIlkiinary specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. ,
far- the Purchase of One Four-Wheel Drive Truck Chassis with Dump
itsox;:and Snow Plow Installed, which were preliminarily approved on
.February 6, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
27, ._2006, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One Four-Wheel Drive
Truck Chassis with Dump Box and Snow Plow Installed, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2006.
