RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
n PURCHASE OF ONE FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK
CHASSIS WITH DUMP BOX AND SNOW PLOW
ti INSTALLED.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-143, specifications, form of
• Ontract, etc. , for the Purchase of One Four-Wheel Drive Truck
'Chassis with Dump Box and Snow Plow Installed, in the City of
!Vaterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
;i r so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
4pproved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2006.
