n RESOLUTION NO. 2006-145
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
" 7 BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST,
ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO
=ti FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK CHASSIS WITH SERVICE BOX
INSTALLED.
• WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
( ; heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
o_ 'prepare proposed specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two Four-Wheel Drive Truck
Chassis with Service Box Installed, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
-- WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Purchase of Two Four-Wheel Drive Truck Chassis with
Service Box Installed, which were preliminarily approved on
-February 6, 2006, and
_ WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
27, ; 006, and no objections were made.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two Four-Wheel Drive
Truck Chassis with Service Box Installed, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2006.
