nx RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF TWO FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK
CHASSIS WITH SERVICE BOX INSTALLED.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-145, specifications, form of
.contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two Four-Wheel Drive Truck
• p assis with Service Box Installed, in the City of Waterloo,
c Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
:hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
3C so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
:approved.
