72 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
- BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST,
- ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE
I. JOHN DEERE 1565 COMMERCIAL FRONT MOWER WITH SNOW
< - BLOWER, JODALE-PERRY CAB, AND 60 INCH FRONT BLADE
v INSTALLED.
HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hei-etefore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
a prepare proposed specifications, bid documents, form of
— contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One John Deere 1565 Commercial
:Front Mower with Snow Blower, JoDale-Perry Cab, and 60 Inch Front
Bhade..,Installed, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
: -DtiHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
1irelirainary specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. ,
for--the Purchase of One John Deere 1565 Commercial Front Mower
`with , Snow Blower, JoDale-Perry Cab, and 60 Inch Front Blade
Installed, which were preliminarily approved on February 6, 2006,
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
27, 2006, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One John Deere 1565
Commercial Front Mower with Snow Blower, JoDale-Perry Cab, and 60
Inch Front Blade Installed, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2006.
