GABLE INTERNATIONAL WRESTLING INSTITUTE AND
r MUSEUM, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
s - BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
at the 50-Year Agreement dated February 27, 2006, to lease
grrperty located at 303 Jefferson Street for $1 . 00 per year, by
and between The Dan Gable International Wrestling Institute and
Mueum, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
hieand the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
@xecute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
