RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH NEXTEL
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Two-Year Agreement dated February 27, 2006, to provide
' 76441 phone services for 53 cell phones for various city
departments at a cost of $24 . 74 per phone per month, plus minor
Charges for government fees and taxes, by and between Nextel and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
— and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
6ity of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of February, 2006.
