APPLICATION WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
v RESOURCES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
APPLICATION BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
. ,a at the Construction Permit Application dated February 27, 2006,
ins. conjunction with F. Y. 2006 Prescotts Creek Sanitary Sewer
=Extension, Contract No. 703, by and between Iowa Department of
E tural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
7-in' behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
