HAWK COUNTY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
— 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

^ c? BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
.'that the 28E Agreement dated February 27, 2006, for maintenance
administration to include any salary increase effective July 1,
2006 and contract to terminate on June 30, 2007, by and between
`Black Hawk County and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
4 hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
ik behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
