BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• Alt the Application dated February 27, 2006, for High Quality
Creation Program for investment tax credits for Alter Trading
LgA.;poration to upgrade its facility at 1500 West Airline Highway,
T3 and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and
-the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
4/id the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
'City of Waterloo, Iowa.
