RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF
'- RIGHT OF REDEMPTION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID NOTICE BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Expiration of Right of Redemption dated
• 'e-bruary 27, 2006, to allow Cedar Valley Restoration &
L-, Development clear title to the former Kimary Phillips lot
;g nerally located just off East 8th Street and Sycamore Street,
9)e and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
-execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
