SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
- COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2006
7.4 ‹- SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 6 AND TRAIL
REPAIRS, CONTRACT NO. 710.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
c hereofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
cgbsed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
.Y= 2006 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 6 and Trail Repairs,
Contract No. 710, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
'T WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006
Si4ekwalk Repair Program - Zone 6 and Trail Repairs, Contract No.
71L, ,which were preliminarily approved on February 13, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 6,
2006;
v • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W1kTERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone
6 and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 710, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 2006.
