BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE OF FULL SIZE PICKUP TRUCK AND

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
K,e,re .ofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of
L-1 sa c- City to prepare proposed specifications, bid documents, form
4if dontract, etc. , for the Purchase of Full Size Pickup Truck and
e3ce Body, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
galei preliminary specifications, bid documents, form of contract,

etc. , for the Purchase of Full Size Pickup Truck and Service Body,
zhch were preliminarily approved on February 20, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 6,
2.0706, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Full Size Pickup Truck
and Service Body, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
ar* hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 2006.
