RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST,
ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH CEDAR TERRACE PARK

ti WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
2te1 Eofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City

eontract, etc. , for Cedar Terrace Park Playground Equipment, in

a = c WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
2-iminary specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. ,
fors Cedar Terrace Park Playground Equipment, which were
firiaiminarily approved on February 6, 2006, and

.WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 6,
2006, and no objections were made.
= NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form' of contract, etc. , for Cedar Terrace Park Playground
Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 2006.
