RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
PURCHASE OF CEDAR TERRACE PARK PLAYGROUND
EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-168, specifications, form of
citract, etc. , for Cedar Terrace Park Playground Equipment, in
• City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
c. 'this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
Zs so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
'pproved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 2006.
