RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST,
- ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH BYRNES PARK PLAYGROUND

ti WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
)iei5tofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
tom: prepare proposed specifications, bid documents, form of
:4opract, etc. , for Byrnes Park Playground Equipment, in the City

E ; --;WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
elminary specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc. ,
rByrnes Park Playground Equipment, which were preliminarily
approved on February 6, 2006, and
. WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 6,
200'6, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc. , for Byrnes Park Playground Equipment, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 2006.
