ONE (1) FOUR-WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK CHASSIS WITH

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
- That the bid of Bill Colwell Ford of Hudson, Iowa, in the
iiliouit of $41, 866. 00, for the Purchase of One (1) Four-Wheel Drive
c'k Chassis with Dump Box and Snow Plow Installed, described in
tie specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
pucdase, after public hearing on published notice required by
lava,- be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
